ProfeLAC Foal is a premium replacer designed for when mare’s milk is unavailable or inadequate. It delivers a balance of protein and fat, plus added nutrients to support immunity, digestion, and growth.

For best results, add ProfeLAC® FOAL MILK to half the required volume of fresh, clean, low sodium (<50 ppm) warm water. Mix thoroughly, and once fully dissolved, add the remaining water to achieve the desired volume. Feed at approximately 38°C. Do not feed above 40°C or mixture that is over 10 hours old. Always weigh ProfeLAC® FOAL MILK for accurate mixes.

FEEDING GUIDELINES

Use the following schedule as a guide for feeding ProfeLAC FOAL MILK to a typical light-breed foal. Foals should receive 10-15% of their body weight in milk daily. Consult your Vet or an experienced Foal rearer for advice about husbandry of foals and any variation from these recommended feeding guidelines.

Wean between 3-5 months of age if regularly eating solid food, pasture and hay. Gradually reduce daily milk volumes until foal is completely weaned.

Ponies: Feed at half the feeding volume.

Store ProfeLAC® FOAL MILK in a cool, dry, rodent-free environment below 25°C and 65% relative humidity. Keep out of direct sunlight and out of contact with floors and walls. To maintain the quality and integrity of the product, always store it in a sealed container after opening.
