Day 1
Add 5mL/head of BioStart™ Calf to first colostrum feeds to ensure colostrum curd, improve colostrum digestion and aid release of antibodies for passive immunity transfer.

Day 2 – Weaning
Add FortiMILK SOLUPLEX to whole milk or unmedicated calf milk replacer feeds (refer to calf dose table).

Add to whole milk or unmedicated calf milk replacer feeds at the following rate:

Duration

Feed FortiMILK SOLUPLEX from Day 2 – Weaning.

Note

As a supportive measure during times of disease, stress, ill-thrift and gastric upset it is recommended to add FortiMILK GREEN to all electrolyte feeds and/or for the first 2–3 weeks of life.

Caution

Feed only as directed. Contains the ionophore lasalocid which is calf specific. Do not feed to newborn calves within the first 24 hours of life. Use caution when feeding other milk additives or medicated milk replacers or feeds that contain ionophores (lasalocid or monensin). Excessive consumption of ionophores or use within the first 24 hours of life may result in ionophore toxicity in young calves.

Warning

Do not feed to dogs, horses or other equine species. May prove fatal if fed to dogs or horses.

Safety Directions

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If skin contact occurs, wash skin and remove contaminated clothing.
