ProviCo is proudly 100 % Australian owned by people with generations of direct experience in Australian agriculture. ProviCo has a tradition of manufacturing its market leading products in Australia creating jobs for Australian families and supporting rural communities.
ProviCo is pleased to secure the Dennington site and enhance our existing manufacturing and distribution footprint to further support our leading ProfeLac branded milk replacers sold nationally. It is a difficult time for Australian farming and manufacturing but ProviCo’s acquisition of Dennington, even in challenging times, further demonstrates ProviCo’s commitment to manufacturing in Australia and continuing Dennington’s proud heritage and century long contribution to Australian manufacturing in regional Victoria.
ProviCo’s focus is on Sustainable Dairy and the circular economy this will be a large part of our activities at Dennington which will create new jobs for the local community and provide environmental benefits and innovative products.
We look forward to working with local communities, companies and the broader dairy industry to ensure that ProviCo Dennington will create benefits to all stakeholders for decades to come.
