TWO-STAGE ENERGY BOOST

• STAGE 1: Glucose and Fructose – fast-acting sugars that provide an immediate energy boost that is active for the first 2 hours after ingestion.
• STAGE 2: Medium Chain Triglycerides – a type of fat that acts more like sugar which gets absorbed rapidly and delivered directly to the liver for an extended energy boost. Energy from this source becomes active within 2-6 hours after ingestion.
